Silvanaus Villa/Condo Management System

SVMS The Silvanaus Villa/Condo Management System (SVMS) is similar in functionality to SHMS, and contains all the core modules, however, being designed primarily as a management software, SVMS includes:

STRATA Management
Villa/Condo Inventory (Multi-Site)
Villa Property Maintenance

The core modules are designed with bi-directional interface to the Strata management, Inventory, and Maintenance modules, so that front office activity such as reservations, unit rental are reported on owner statements in the Strata management and Inventory activity in the respective modules.

SVMS is also designed as a multi-property, multi-currency package. This means that one management company can use the software to manage the activity of several properties in diverse locations as easily as would one condo manager with one single property.
