SiTechOnline.Com Return Policy.
Items purchased from SiTechOnline.Com and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice and packaging are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories.

No Return on Used or Opened Software

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Opened software, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos and game cartridges may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.

SiTechOnline.Com will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.

Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from Silvanaus Technologies Ltd. corporate office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be made to the same card.

Pricing, Specifications & Availability. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response email, SiTechOnline.Com may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response email but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. We reserve the right to limits sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Published prices do not include shipping and insurance for goods being shipped from Grand Cayman.
