The Max IP10 is an advanced IP Phone that also features PSTN
functionality. So, you'll save on your long-distance calls
and have the convenience of making local calls over the PSTN.
Perfect for the corporate or home user, the Max IP10 delivers
the quality you demand and easily integrates with your broadband
interface.
Feature-rich calling solution
With the Max IP10, you will benefit from advanced functionality
such as:
- Fallback to PSTN, which automatically switches the phone
to PSTN mode if a VoIP connection is lost (and then switches
back to the VoIP mode when the connection is regained)
- Separate Rings, alerting you to an incoming PSTN or VoIP
call when you are on another call
- Account Balance, displayed during PSTN calls on the LCD
in either remaining minutes or dollars
And calling features that include:
- Call Waiting, enabling you to receive an incoming PSTN
call while on a VoIP call
- Memory/Speed Dial, allowing you to program up to 17 frequently
dialed VoIP phone numbers
- Speakerphone, enabling hands-free calling in VoIP mode
- Smart Redial, which redials the last number called in
your current mode (VoIP or PSTN)
Requirements
- A broadband connection with 17 Kbps of available bandwidth
- Router, hub, or switch
- Optional: An analog telephone line (to enable PSTN calling)
- A PC (as an alternative for configuring the unit and advanced
management only)
